Copa Comunidad Xícago 2018 took place May 25–28, 2018.
Fees
The fee for Copa Comunidad Xícago 2018 is on a sliding scale of $40–$60. These fees cover the cost of field and location rentals, event insurance, and meals. In order to keep costs down, we’ve worked hard to source donations and reduced fees when possible, and are relying on free housing and transportation, as well as volunteer labor.
We hope that you will contribute as you are able. However, no one will be turned away for lack of funds to pay the registration fee.
Swag
The commemorative Copa Comunidad Xícago 2018 t-shirt is not included in the registration fee. They cost an additional $15 each and can be ordered here.
À la carte
If you or a friend cannot join us for the entire weekend but still wish to participate in our comunidad, we suggest a donation of $10-$15 per day. Again, please contribute as you are able.
Payment
Your Copa Comunidad Xícago 2018 planning committee has been hard at work planning an amazing weekend, and they’ve also been fronting all of the expenses required. Prepaying your registration fee would be extremely helpful.
The fee may be paid in advance via Venmo to @LWXBrandon or Square Cash at #LWXBrandon. We’ll also accept payment at the event, or installment payments between now and the start of Copa. Contact us at lwxcopa@gmail.com to arrange for an installment plan or to work out another means of payment.
